This is a direct hire opportunity, this won''t last long, apply now!1st or 2nd shift available: 40.01/hr + Full Benefits2nd shift- 2pm-12am M-F)1st first shift: 4am-2pm or 6am-4pm Multicraft: Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on the plants gas fired, electrical, and hydraulicequipment. Assist with repairs to mechanical equipment.Observe plant operation and issue maintenance orders for items that have become unreliable or need improvementcompleting paperwork in a neat and timely manner.Assist other trades, such as plumbers and millwrights to perform their assigned tasks.When directed by supervisors perform other duties as directed.Works safely. Stays drug free. Follows safety procedures, including lockout/tagout. Assists in safety related activities andparticipates in safety meetings.Answers trouble calls using blueprints, schematics and PLC ladder logic to rapidly troubleshoot and repair plantequipment. Can repair equipment without blueprints or schematics when they do not exists. Improvises repairs whenexact replacement parts are not available.Analyze PLC ladder logic to determine how a machine should work and why it does not work. Make on-line changes toPLC to keep a machine working or to improve its performance.Works as a team lead, providing technical training and leadership to other team members. Working under pressure, andprioritizing competing work requests.Operates lift trucks, manlifts, and other mobile equipment used to repair or adjustments to pletes any records any statistical data electronically or manually.Keeps work area clean, safe and orderly condition, performs all work to NEC code, and in accordance with plant anddepartmental rules. Cleans up after job is completed.Skills & RequirementsThree years experience as an Electrician working in a manufacturing environment. As degree Electrical techniciandesired. High School diploma/GED required.
