As the Analyst, Technology Compliance, you''ll be responsible for supporting the IT Shared Services PMO in examining, evaluating, and verifying processes, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies, SOX and other applicable laws and requirements. You will perform IT SOX tests on all ITSS processes and quality Project Development review of deliverables and compliance with SDLC and manage IT service management processes while fostering and maintaining ongoing customer relationships, configuring systems, writing specifications for new development and system improvements, and performing and coordinating quality assurance testing.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan. What you''ll do on a typical day:Analyze ITSS risks and controls. Plan and organize business processes for testing. Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and support the certification process (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual requirements)Ensure deficiencies are adequately documented and remediated on a timely basis. Recommend options for improvements, and defect resolutionProvide assistance and guidance to internal and external auditors and delivery teams to ensure a timely and efficient completion of the auditAnalyze and document all systems and controls. Perform the pre and post implementation of system implementations and in accordance with the Company''s Program Development (PD) Controls and IT General Computer Controls to ensure effective and adequate IT control environmentAssist in the review of IT asset information, classificationPerform IT account management for internal users and external clients according to XPO customer management process (e.g., action item list, progress report, complaint management)Provide ongoing support for the application suite including level 2 incident resolution, training power users, maintenance or system configuration and interface documentation, and solutions consultingWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you''ll need:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent related work or military experience1 year of experience with medium to large-scale systems supporting various enterprise systemsIt''d be great if you also have:Bachelor''s or master''s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related technical field or equivalent related work or military experience 5 years of experience with medium to large-scale systems supporting various enterprise systems, HR, time and attendance, finance, quality management, safety, learning and development, including systems integration3 years of SOX IT Compliance, Data Security and Privacy experienceExperience managing medium-sized information technology projectsKnowledge of formal systems development methodologiesKnowledge of and/or certifications in IT service management (ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000), project management, Sarbanes Oxley and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)Availability to travel up to 25% of the timeBe part of something big.XPO is a leading provider of world-class solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
