Coating Process Operator

CVD COATING OPERATOR - TECHNICAL General Description: The Technical Operator will be responsible for the proper operation of High Temperature Vacuum CVD Reactors. Exemplary Duties/Responsibilities:Follow Established Safety Practices.Assist with developing, new and comprehensive operating instructions as well as the safe practicesWork as team to - Prepare Reactors (Clean, Load/Unload, Troubleshoot, and Develop Fixtures). Prepare Product (Clean, Hone, Visual Inspection, etc.).Work with hazardous chemicals - Using appropriate PPEMonitor Processes, record process parameters, note issues and define corrective measures when necessary.Work with Team to define and develop operating parameters based on product type and configuration.Work with improvement projects - Process, Quality, Safety.Housekeeping Operate Lift TruckPerform general maintenance on equipment (Minor Electrical, Computer Interface, Mechanical).Data Acquisition / Data EntryMinimum Qualifications:HS Diploma with 2-5 years experience in a chemical manufacturing environmentChemical Process Tech Degree or Certification would be accepted in place of Experience.Knowledge and Experience handling hazardous chemicalsKnowledge of Problem Solving TechniquesGood verbal communication and written skillsTeam SpiritKnowledge of Statistical Process ControlMechanically Inclined.Able to lift above head, bending, climbing (Stairs / Ladders)Good Computer Skills (Spreadsheets, Word Processing, etc)
