Arrow Home Products is looking for an Extrusion Blow Molding Process Technician to join their Elk Grove Village, IL team. Relocation assistance may be available for well qualified candidates In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the process of blow mold machines, while leading floor personnel, packers, material handlers, and forklift operators to support the activities of the manufacturing processes while creating an environment that is conducive to continuous improvement. All 3 shifts open: 1st shift - M-F 7:30am-4:00pm 2nd shift - 3:30pm-midnight 3rd shift - 11:30pm-8:00am Essential Functions: Recording of shift production in the absence of the Foreman - Shift Supervisor Provide necessary training to departmental personnel Investigate all reported workplace injuries/illnesses and prepare related reports in the absence of the Foreman - Shift Supervisor Processing and monitoring of new and/or existing product Maintain appropriate communication between shifts Ensure product complies with established quality standards Ensure compliance with documented work procedures Prepare work orders for tool room and/or equipment maintenance for submission to Foreman - Shift Supervisor Ensure proper lock out/tag out procedures are followed by all appropriate personnel Ensure proper and complete documentation of machine start-up and shut-down activities when applicable Ensure production requirements are being achieved Maintain good housekeeping practices Requires regular attendance in accordance with scheduled shift time and days; as well as compliance with Attendance Policy All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual''s race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
