The goal of this position is to drive financial return, growth, and organizational development. The COO will act on behalf of the Managing Partners to implement the vision and direction of the business, particularly at the executive level.Responsibilities & Duties: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to build business infrastructure and service delivery programs Set comprehensive goals for sustaining and improving business performance and scaling growth Partner with senior leadership team members to build corporate, franchisee, field management structures, roles, experience and community Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of senior leadership team (People Operations, Service Delivery (Franchisee and Field), Marketing and Finance) Lead and facilitate effective leadership team meetings Create a culture of innovation and growth minded team members Incorporate growth culture into ongoing development, training and everyday interactions of the business Ensure team performance through goal-setting, coaching, and regular feedback Oversee all business activities and report regular updates to company managing directorsYou should have some of the following: VP or C Suite level operations experience Restaurant industry experience Solid understanding of staff management, restaurant industry specifics and business strategiesInterested in hearing more?
