The CSI Companies is currently seeking a Remote IT Recruiter for a contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role with one of our clients, one of the largest physician-led healthcare delivery networks in the United States, a Fortune 100 healthcare provider. Location: REMOTE Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately! Shift: 8-5 local time or preferred time zone Pay: Highly Competitive hourly rate based on experience and area averages for this position. Job Description/Responsibilities: Full-cycle healthcare recruiting Responsible for sourcing candidates for about 30 requisitions Collaborate with sourcing manager to capitalize on short- and long-term marketing campaigns Share information with regard to outcomes in candidate flow (quantity and quality), market reactions and overall feedback with regard to overall awareness to local / national branding Pipeline candidates as necessary as determined by the sourcing recipe and roles recruited for Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in the field Experience with full life cycle recruiting High volume experience preferred Taleo Experience preferred Access to reliable internet Experience with high volume requisitions About Us The CSI Companies is a recruiting firm established in 1994 that has been awarded "Best of Staffing" for 5 years in a row.
