Schedule: Monday: Friday 8am -5pm or 9am-6pm Pay: $30+/HR Duration: Temp 3-6 months, with the possibility of being longer Location: Roseland, NJ (100% onsite) Requirements: Looking for 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or senior paralegal. Associate''s preferred but not necessary Software: Word (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate), Outlook and Webex Must have strong legal terminology strong data entry and typing skills Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and Prepare/file documents ensuring they are correct. Follow up with clients on specific requests, Conduct research and investigate facts. Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing cases.
