The CSI Companies is actively seeking a Recruiting Office Coordinator for our well known client, an accounting organization and one of the largest professional service networks in the world. Candidates must be located in Houston, Texas. This will be a hybrid position. This position requires COVID vaccination or religious/medical exemption. Contract terms/length: 6 month contract; opportunity to extend or convert to perm based on performance is likely Schedule: Standard business hours; Full Time Description: Campus Recruiting Office Coordinator works hand-in-hand with designated recruiters to facilitate the campus hire recruiting process. Interacts directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the recruiting life cycle. Office Coordinators excel in candidate-facing tasks and enjoy event planning and logistics. Responsibilities: - Plans and coordinates campus recruiting events. Works alongside recruiters to plan and execute campus events such as information sessions, career fairs, presentations, and conferences, which can involve ordering and shipping marketing materials, creating name tags, processing payments, and working with universities or vendors. - Manages job postings. Creates and posts approved jobs to client-related job boards as requested, and removes postings as requested. - Plans and executes interview days. Creates schedules, procures space, confirms candidate travel, follows up with candidates on completion of necessary applications, creates candidate packets, greets candidates, arranges catering and processes candidate reimbursements. - Supports offer and post-acceptance process. Requests offer letter drafts, tracks offer responses, ensures data is up to date for offer candidates in systems, requests up-to-date mailing address for bonus checks. - Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Must have: Applicant tracking system experience Event planning skills Microsoft excel experience Microsoft office experience - Access and PowerPoint Microsoft word experience
