If so, keep reading! Title of Job: Remote Clinical Recruiter Location: REMOTE (anywhere in the US) The CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Clinical Recruiter for our Fortune 100 healthcare client. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area. Pay: $30-50 an hour (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate). Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (slightly flexible on start time once trained) Why this Opportunity? Job Summary This position will work in our clinical line of business and be responsible for sourcing Nurse Practitioners and PA-Cs. We are looking for someone with that experience. Status: Consultant: Starting off as a consultant/contractor there is always potential for long term / conversion for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a contractor due to being a Fortune 100 company. Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Job Duties: Develop ongoing creative recruitment sourcing for open positions - this includes female and minority recruiting sources for underutilized job groups. Develop cost effective recruiting strategies. Work with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and sourcing strategies for both internal and external candidates. Validate accuracy of current job description(s). Prescreen and disposition of unqualified candidates. Present pre-screened candidates to management. Review compensation parameters and strategies with hiring manager. Assist manager in evaluating candidates. Manage candidate flow during evaluation process. Initiate offer processing including background and drug tests. Work with other staffing professionals on large staffing projects. Track applicant flow and maintain job files. Requirements 2 years of recruiting experience 1 year of recent experience in recruiting for nurse practitioners and/or PA-Cs A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!) Ability to pass a background check and drug test Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door WHO SHOULD APPLY?
