ConciergeNew multifamily team members are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000! * We are seeking to hire a Concierge at a multifamily community in Denver, CO The Concierge will answer questions regarding and/or make arrangements for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty services, child care, transportation, and other services. As well as keep accurate records of all arrangements madeAnswer questions concerning and/or give directions to the community and its facilitiesProcess and notify residents of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages and packages. Assist guests in the sending of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages.Maintain current information and materials regarding community facilities and services and local restaurants and attractions.*Bonus to be paid in 2 installments of up to $500 following the new employee''s completion of three and six months. Employees hired into a multifamily part time position will be eligible to receive one-half of the bonus payments in two installments.
