Discover more at /about.OverviewWe are looking for someone who is detail-oriented with a background in UI design, UX design, and various development stacks, primary front-end focused, and a knack for combining business needs and customer desires into intuitive experiences.You will present ideas and plans, develop web applications and pages, write, build, and perform unit tests, assist with technical documentation and diagrams, and analyze data. You''ll create both appealing and functional features that address the needs of Marketing and various business groups.You will contribute to projects that help set the foundation for large initiatives, enhance existing emails and landing pages, prototype for our design system, train content authors on content management system tasks, assist the onboarding of new marketing technology, and provide support on an ad hoc basis for requests that come through the pipeline.You will work with other developers, UX designers, and product managers to assist with writing strong code to support the websites and marketing technologies.* Lead simple development projects or own key functionality for larger projectso Strategize build out of email and landing page templates for marketing automation systemo Enhance pages or build landing pages within our content management systemso Provide support for ad hoc requestso Support the enhancement and development of prototypes for our design systemo Create documentation to support marketing technologies (e.g. scorecard matrix, security documentation, instructions, and knowledge base)* Contribute to team initiatives and process enhancements* Participate in peer review of various items such as programming solutions, project requirements, and development approach* Work with other team members and stakeholders to help define requirements, scope, and project timelines* Write and build simple test cases and test scripts* Write simple technical documentation* Create diagrams to illustrate programming solution (e.g. data modeling, architecture, data flows)* Actively self-initiate work for troubleshooting and debugging while finding creative solutions that reduce code debtRequirements:* Bachelor''s degree along with 2-5 years relevant UX development experience* Understanding of design patterns and visual design systems* Proficient in front-end technologieso HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, JSON, Angular, React, Bootstrap, MDC* Proficient in web development toolingo Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code* Proficient in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines* Basic knowledge of querying languages* Basic knowledge of debugging softwareo Postman, Fiddler, Dev Tools* Competent with data modeling, refactoring code, writing test cases and scripts, and manages elevation processes* Competent with marketing technologyo Marketing Automationo Analyticso Tracking and Attribution* Competent in content management system configurations and content authoring* Team-oriented attitude* Excellent time managementCIT is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
