Job Responsibilities: Communicate with Patients regarding their medication orders, including verifying order status Respond to requests and communicate with Center staff regarding patient medication orders Assists with stocking and inventory tasks Place medication refill order in computerized system at patient request Submit request for special orders as needed Research order status and delivery at patient or center request Inactivate patient accounts in computerized system Process patient address changes, ensuring accurate address information Strong verbal and written communication in order to successfully operate phones and computers Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Education and Experience: Graduate from an accredited high school or equivalent Minimum of one-year clerical/office experience If you or anyone you know is looking to expand their pharmaceutical career with one of the country''s fastest growing healthcare organizations, please apply below!
