Hybrid Schedule - Remote/Onsite Possibility of going permanent Cash application, excel, SAP experience a plus PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Apply payments through Vistex, a module of SAP. 2. Create and reconcile non buy side claims and deductions through Vistex and Expense Check Requests on a monthly and quarterly basis. 3. Prepare reports and various analyses for tracking claims and payments received 4. Work with Manager to handle discrepancies and variances once payment has been received. 5. Participate in the month-end close processes and reconcile payment variances posted to General Ledger adjustment accounts. 6. May submit invoices to suppliers along with appropriate documentation detailing the payment due. 7. Contribute to the profitability of the Company by collecting applicable incentives. 8. Ensure integrity of the accounting data with accurate posting of data and sending correct external information. 9. Interface with ABC functional areas and suppliers regarding fees calculations and data validation. 10. Assist with internal and external audit requests as needed. 11. Perform related duties as assigned.
