Position Details: Exempt Salaried Role Support hours could include some nights/weekends as customer demands. Long term contract with possible contract extension(s) or hire Telecommuter position for candidates located in the North East Region: Central/South New Jersey i.e Cherry Hill, NJ or East Brunswick); or near Levittown or Philadelphia, PA Candidate will need to work from client site at least 2 days a week, client site in Levittown, PA Education / Experience Requirements Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience required. RCDD, BICSI, PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM or related certifications preferred. 7+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience within the technology services industry. Strongly desire candidates with Data Center InfrastructureProject Management experience supporting Finance Industry Clientele Candidate should show prove knowledge of: Data Center physical infrastructure deployments & implementations Structured cabling systems Low voltage cabling Corning Fiber, EIA/TIA Fiber and Copper Cabling Design Racks/power distribution Communications Distribution Systems ISP and OSP infrastructure-Copper/ Fiber SM/MM Test Results; Punch Lists; Redline Drawings Riser, horizontal, EDA, MDA, MDF Telecommunications Spaces (TR, MCR, DMARC''s, etc) Designed all ISP/OSP cabling projects Installation of Voice, Data, Fiber Optic Excellent service philosophy and understanding of the challenges in providing superior customer experience at a national level while controlling costs. Superior collaboration and communication skills: team building, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, risk management, product management, negotiation & decision making. Ability to work effectively across many internal functional groups to optimize product offerings, create a seamless internal and external customer experience, and resolve issues. Proven ability to continuously expand and leverage the knowledge of the market and industry trends and translate to recommending and implementing process and efficiency improvements. End-to-end process thinker, with proven experience in leading change within an organization and understands how change affects employees, and utilizes strategies to reduce risk to the organization. Strong experience handling employee issues and making sound judgment decisions in this area. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP, , workforce management, and cloud-based technology systems.
