REMOTE work opportunity! Lookign for an experienced Talent Acquisition SOURCER. Recruiting experience with finding candidates for hard to fill, niche roles, through LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sources, and has experience with ATS/Applicant Tracking Systems. You will be working directly with hiring managers and recruiters, to build candidate pipelines for multiple aprofessional and technical roles. Description: The position will be 100% remote for the duration of the assignment. Pay rate $25/hr As a seasoned talent acquisition expert, you will be a key member of our small but effective talent acquisition team, working across the entire recruitment life cycle including, but not limited to: intake meetings to confirm role requirements, sourcing strategy, job postings, pre- screening candidates, and developing offers. You will apply a strategic lens to effectively determine the appropriate sourcing and marketing strategies for a range of open/pipeline roles across the company, differentiating and disproportionality investing your time and effort where it makes the most difference to the business. Manage all phases of the recruiting process for assigned client groups, to include, but not limited to: kick-off/intake calls with hiring managers, posting of positions, sourcing/screening, coordinating interviews and feedback, closing candidates in the offer stage and onboarding. Deliver quality customer service to include regular/timely position updates and scheduled reports to hiring managers and follow-up with all candidates accordingly throughout the interview process. Follow appropriate process flows and SOPs to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for all markets/positions. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees. Work with internal groups to aid in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally. Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferred 5-7 years of experience as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other applicable stakeholders A combination of corporate and/or agency recruiting; Experience in high volume recruitment Extensive web sourcing techniques/knowledge, preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based technologies, social media platforms; Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Demonstrated experience and proven results in recruiting within technical, engineering or corporate Nesco Resource and affiliates (Lehigh G.I.T Inc, and Callos Resource, LLC) is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
