Correct Title: Sr. Leave Administrator Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the management of employee claims including, but not limited to, FMLA, STD, LTD and ADA as well as company provided Leave of Absences (i.e. Bonding, Personal, etc.). ADA claims will be a priority and include conducting training and evaluation of requested accommodation with employees'' managers and HR Business Partners nationwide. Primary Purpose: The primary purpose is to serve as the main contact for employees, managers and HR BPs during an employee''s LOA while ensuring compliance with company, state, jurisdictional and Federal requirements. This role also applies to ADA accommodations. The Senior Administrator - LOA and ADA is also responsible for coordinating ADA claims, including but not limited to initiating the ADA Interactive Process, manager / HR training, employee communications, overall claim maintenance and assisting in the determination process. Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the leave of absence claims process: o Coordination with payroll o Managing communication with employee, manager / HR, disability vendor, etc. o Perform detailed tracking of all claims. o Proactive analysis of claims including outreach to vendor, gathering updates, etc. Coordination of ADA claims and processes in a timely and efficient basis including: o Communications o Manager / HR BP training o Evaluation of accommodation requests o Coordination with appropriate parties when necessary (i.e. internal or external counsel), and compliance with all ADA regulations Creation of processes, polices and tools to administer state, company and Federal regulations and/or programs Perform other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years of claims experience (i.e. FMLA, STD, LTD, etc.) 2+ years of ADA experience Workday experience Payroll experience Follow up skills Nesco Resource and affiliates (Lehigh G.I.T Inc, and Callos Resource, LLC) is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
