You will be responsible for translating TechOps strategy into tactical priorities and daily operations. You will assess operational capabilities and performance to ensure the delivery of quality products and services on time to all customers internal and external. You must excel at supporting the SaaS platform''s daily operations and develop a strategic systems IT roadmap.Qualifications: Ten (10+) years of relevant experience Proven team leadership experience of a team of people Experience leading Cloud (AWS, Azure) or traditional datacenter teams Experience making data-driven decisions for teams and infrastructure Strong technical operations background Passion for continuous improvement in technical operations Strategic Manager and Organizer Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environmentBonus Points For: Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field Background as Site Reliability, DevOps, or System Engineer Experience with distributed systems concepts and designInterested in hearing more?
