The responsibilities include title, survey and lease review. Corporate experience a plus. The candidate must possess an analytical and logical mind and be able to resolve conflicts and relate well with internal employees, clients, vendors, agents, etc. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a proactive, team player and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requiredWhy join us?Medical Dental Vision 401K PTO Bonus WFH CapabilityJob DetailsESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work autonomously and under the supervision of the assigned attorney(s) and provide support to the real estate group.Maintain correspondence between each participating party of the transaction, such as the client and title companies, lenders, surveyors, appraisers, etc.Coordinate scheduling and tracking of deadlines.Superior analytical skills a requirement.Review title commitments, survey plats, and legal descriptions.Prepare comprehensive and detailed title and survey objections.Exceptional drafting skills required.Generate and review closing documents.Prepare corporate documents and form corporate entities.Draft, review and coordinate the execution of commercial contracts and leases, with attorney oversight.Maintain status reports and create lease abstracts.Must be highly organized and maintain electronic and hardcopy matter files per firm procedures.Consistent follow-through and ability and flexibility to multi-task and effectively balance priorities and meet tight deadlines.Assist and/or attend client meetings as assigned.Provide regular status updates to the municate well, show teamwork effort, and collaborate well with everyone you come in contact with.Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a level of professionalism to support the goals of the practice group and Firm.Superior problem-solving ability and ability to work with minimal supervision while exercising sound and independent judgment.REQUIREMENTS:Four (4) year undergraduate degree preferred but not required.Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.A minimum of 5 years'' experience and exposure to real estate matters as a paralegal required. Corporate experience a plus.Must have exceptional computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Software.Experience working with various practice and file management databases.Must be able to maintain confidentiality.Overtime is not frequently required but may be occasionally necessary to accommodate closings, etc.Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, time management and detail-oriented skills required for the roleInterested in hearing more?
