Lead Account Executive Summary EVO Payments Inc.is a leadingpayments processor and acquirer for merchants, independent sales organizations,financial institutions, government organizations and multinational corporationslocated throughout North America and Europe. This position wins,maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assignedto channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Lead AccountExecutive, Sales is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, andpartner recruitment objectives. TheChannel Manager represents the entire range of company products and services totheir assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product setif focused in a partner vertical market. What you''ll do: Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners'' expectations. Lead new product adoption, drive product enhancement with assigned channel partners, continuously work with product teams to align company product road map with assigned channel partners. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. Manages potential channel conflict with other company sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. Proactively recruits new qualifying partners. About you: Bachelor''s degree required Understanding of the channel system (ISO, VAR, System Integrators and their revenue model). 5+ years experience in channel sales, payments and/or ERP sales. Knowledge of enterprise software sales, software sales cycles. Payment gateways and processors experience preferred. Experience in the software industry and launching integrated payments solutions preferred. Understanding of cloud based applications and experience with SaaS delivery model preferred. Strong customer support experience and proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Strong customer service and presentation skills. Ability to make outgoing calls for lead generation and qualification. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM systems and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must possess time management skills, with the ability to make timely decisions; Possess good organizational skills; Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team; Ability to think strategically; Possess people skills and the ability to solve problems; Ability to build and maintain effective networks; Strategy development and project management skills; Proficient verbal and written skills required; Internet knowledge/base navigation and use required; Ability to work independently required; Ability to travel as requested. Business acumen to understand customer''s business processes, eCommerce and accounts receivable process. This position is in-house position. You will be required to work from the office location.
