Summary The Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for campaign management across various advertising platforms (we will train), which includes: campaign creation, strategic approach, performance analysis, optimization, reporting, and forecasting. The Online Marketing Specialist is expected to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver against the goals for the advertising campaigns and report on performance to internal stakeholders. Required skills and technical experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a digital marketing role. Experience or willing to learn following ad platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads (including Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with Google Analytics. Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data/KPIs and evaluate paid media performance. Ability to collaborate well with a cross-functional team and communicate performance effectively with stakeholders. Knowledge of digital advertising industry, including current trends and best practices. Strong project and time management skills. The following are preferred but not required: Search Ads 360, Google Data Studio, Ad copywriting, Tableau, Salesforce/MarketingCloud.
