Accounts Payable Specialist

Growing, fast-paced company located in the Denver Tech Center is looking to add a sharp Accounts Payable Specialist to their team!The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.This role is in the office full time.Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:- full-cycle accounts payable processing in Yardi (150-250 invoices/week) to include uploading and indexing invoices, coding and processing payments- vendor statement research and reconciliations- handle and resolve customer service requests- maintain a centralized Accounts Payable inbox- employee expense reports- process operational and utilities paymentsAccounts Payable Specialist Skills/Experience:- 4+ years of experience processing high volume, full cycle accounts payable- any experience with Yardi (or other large ERP systems) is a plus!- intermediate Excel skills (formulas and filters)- strong customer service attitude- ability to be flexible and adaptableHours for Accounts Payable Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility) in a casual environmentLocal Accounts Payable Specialist candidates only, pleaseAccounts Payable Specialist candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check
