Due to growth, they are hiring an Accounting Manager in their Baltimore location as a hybrid role. The role is completely remote for the forseeable future. Salary for this position is $70-$80K. The PTO is extremely generous: 20 vacation days + 11 national holidays and the time between Christmas and New Year''s Day are paid holidays. Plus during the summer months there is early dismissal! Overview of the Accounting Managert role: Assist with yearend close, the budget, and annual audit Assist annual budgeting and planning process and review all financial plans and correct variances as appropriate. Oversee budgeting, and the implementation of budgets. Analyze financial data and handle financial reporting Preferred Qualifications for the Controller : BS in accounting or finance 4+ years'' experience hands-on accounting experience NFP experience a plus!
