Overview Louis Berger Services is currently looking for a full-time Regional Manager to manage, direct, and supervise project(s) delivering roadway and bridge asset maintenance services to clients in South Florida. The Regional Manager will serve in a critical role in Louis Berger Services (LBS) Infrastructure Asset Maintenance (IAM) practice providing overall management of multiple projects to include: client management, contract service delivery, Quality Control and Quality Assurance, workplace/public safety, project manager oversight, financial management, contract compliance and reporting.*All employee''s must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.*Vaccine Mandate"Successful applicant must be able to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to their start date or prior to Janaury 4 2022, whichever is later, or be granted an exemption based on a disability or sincerely held religious belief. Learn more about the COVID-19 vaccination here - Responsibilities Reporting to the Vice President and Florida Director, The Regional Manager will ensure the safe and successful implementation of Asset Maintenance (AM) projects in the south Florida region. The territory covers multiple projects operations with office across South Florida. Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows. Supervise the successful execution of multiple AM contracts in the south Florida region with the Florida Department of Transportation.Directly manage and guide the work of project managers by clearly articulating vision, functions, goals, processes, defining operating parameters and holding staff accountable.Establish and maintain standard systems, metrics, and reports for measuring subordinate project operations, to include Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards for safety, quality, compliance and profitability.Monitor client satisfaction with LBS performance, report to management, disseminate for use in proposal and marketing efforts. Serve as the client representative for Louis Berger in South Florida. Work with the Florida Director to maintain high client relationships.Work with LBIAM Business Development personnel to identify new business opportunities and to facilitate information gathering as needed to prepare documents and pricing.Ensures projects meet all performance requirements of the project including Maintenance Rating Program (MRP) targets and achieve high Asset Maintenance Contractor Performance Evaluation Report (AMPER) scores.Engage clients in contractual, technical and performance discussions to resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and mitigate financial and performance risk to the company.Responsible for implementing the LBS safety program and fostering a positive safety culture in all areas of operations aimed at achieving our zero harm vision.Foster relationships with key vendors, subcontractors and partners.Disseminate best practices, leverage contract terms and conditions, spread peer knowledge across projects and develop project leaders.Plan, develop, and implement strategy for long range operations of regional AM practice to meet organizational performance plans.Manage regional resources (e.g. employees, vehicles, equipment, subcontractors, etc.) to achieve synergies, identify efficiencies, and encourage collaboration amongst project municate regularly with subordinate employees as well as LBS management on the status of operations at project sites and elevate risks affected contractual or financial performance.Assist with the development of maintenance work plans and various project plans yearly to accomplish all work needs.Disseminate best practices, leverage contract terms and conditions, spread peer knowledge across projects and develop project leaders.Implement the Quality Management Plan and support strongly its use to meet customer expectations.Provide oversight or assistance with additional projects or activities as directed by the Florida Director.Understand and abide by ethical behavior and integrity standards per Louis Berger''s Code of Business Conduct and demonstrates such to employees and stakeholders through leading by example. Qualifications A bachelor''s degree in engineering, construction management or related field. A master''s degree in business administration or engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.Ten (10) years of experience managing transportation or infrastructure projects. Experience managing performance-based, asset maintenance or construction contracts desired. Experience with FDOT, FTE and the AM program a plus.Five (5) years managing projects or project teams with demonstrated experience in leading performance based services or asset maintenance programs.Proven operational experience delivering performance and profitability over a portfolio of projects with greater than $10 million in revenue per year highly desired.Majority of travel will occur locally in south Florida to meet with project teams, oversee operations and meet with key clients and stakeholders.
