Responsibilities Position Overview - Full-time PositionProvides clerical and data entry support to Placement Services Department.Screen incoming calls.Process travel arrangement.Performs data entry functions for Referral and Chart Expert.Performs necessary duties to aid in processing admissions including collating admission paperwork and making hard chart.Maintains referral filing system.Managers interstate compacts.Maintains filing system for RRMG waiting lists.Assists Placement Services Manager in preparing reports for meetings, presentations, census documentations.Assists Placement Services Manager in completing monthly reports as required by the State of Tennessee.Assists Placement Services Manager in completing monthly Performance Improvement plete weekly shuttle list.Assist Placement Specialist in referral duties as directed.
