If you are looking for a stable, fast paced, growing company in the healthcare industry that is committed to innovation, excellence, and integrity, then this may be a great next step in the advancement of your career.We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Ananlyst Financial III.The Payroll Financial Analyst III performs finance related duties including, but not limited to, compiling and analyzing financial information for the company''s payroll department. Responsibilities Prepares, analyzes, and distributes variance reports by payroll and explains results Lead implementation of continuous improvement projects Maintains appropriate General Ledger mapping to GRE setup Liaison with Accounting and Finance teams to help support cross-functional initiatives Adept in data mining and reporting tools to automate analyses Oversee the completion of all payroll transactions being posted by month end close deadline Participates in forecasting, budgeting and planning initiatives Prepares monthly financial commentaries to explain results Prepares and maintains Key Performance Indicators monthly of the payroll team''s performance and customer service standards Prepares other reports and completes analytical assignments as assigned by leadership Other duties as assigned Reads and abides by the company''s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so Support and abide by the values of the companyQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor''s Degree from four-year College or University in Accounting or Finance, and 4 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Healthcare experience preferred; MBA preferred Strong functional knowledge of the payroll process Working understanding of payroll rules and regulations preferred Experience with budgets, forecasts, and reconciling various financial systems Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Able to interact with all level of employees Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and OutlookComputer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite Lawson or Oracle, preferredIf you are ready to join an exciting, progressive company and have a strong work ethic, join our team of experts!
