If you are looking for a stable, fast paced, growing company in the healthcare industry that is committed to innovation, excellence, and integrity, then this may be a great next step in the advancement of your career.We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Manager Patient Communication SegmentationResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities Strategy Definition Collaborate on design and implementation of all aspects of our patient billing outreach including the patient portal experience, email, SMS, and paper campaigns. Work with the patient engagement team to brainstorm new and innovative strategies, leveraging patient segmentation data to develop targeted outreach strategies. Design, perform, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments Serve as the organization expert focused on improving patient engagement and payment conversion results while identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Analytics and Monitoring Develop and monitor KPIs and follow up with responsible vendor for areas showing negative trending metrics to ensure that timely investigation & corrective action is taking place. Elevate uncorrected areas to senior management. Prepare management reporting on digital engagement and segmentation''s overall performance. Develop, create, and generate engagement strategies working within vendor constraints, and any Compliance, Legal, or regulatory requirements. Maintain current understanding of key health care industry Patient Financial reimbursement issues (COVID patient responsibility holds, etc.) and tailor engagement strategies to accommodate. Assume indirect accountability by facilitating multi-departmental resolution of complex issues. Adhere to and comply with HIPAA & information Systems security. Know and follow privacy & security policies and procedures. Attend compliance & Information Systems security training, as offered. Report information systems security problems. Adhere to all company policies/procedures and be flexible with shifting daily priorities Meet deadlines, working within tight time constraints, and handle a large volume of work. Meet or exceed established standards for productivity and quality. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of contact and to handle challenging situations effectively with poise & professionalism Ability to problem solve moderate complex problems without supervision and to make recommendations to management regarding problems. Knowledge of healthcare industry. Knowledge of HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other critical regulations. Organized, detail oriented with excellent follow through abilities. Can handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Reliable, team-oriented, pleasant with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to resolve billing issues for client. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Reliable, team oriented and excellent interpersonal skills needed.Education/Experience Bachelor''s Degree required, preferably in marketing, business, and/or a health-related field. If individual possesses an MS or MA Graduate Degree in a related field of study, prior work experience of 3-4 years in a specialized functional discipline is acceptable. 5+ years of digital marketing, preferred in healthcare, but financial services, public utilities, or other B2C highly regulated industries are also acceptable. Client and vendor facing experience, specifically presenting to, and working with decision-makers Typically provides guidance on task completion by more junior team members and may also review and check their work puter SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Strong computer experience, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, word processing/presentation tools, (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics toolsPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
