Compose correspondence and respond to inquiries based on training, procedure and direction of supervising attorneys. Coordinate information flow and communication, records, and submissions. Perform data entry and compilation of various reports. Create tables, charts, and mail merge documents. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Receive, process and submit invoices for payment. Special projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance required. Reads and abides by the company''s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs. Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company. Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Must be able to work autonomously and independently Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner. Must be able to work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Demonstrable problem-solving skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information. Must be able to exercise good judgment and positively influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and efficiency.
