RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager, HR Operations Compliance & Governance in New York, NY.Duties and Accountabilities: Manager liaises with global GCO, Technology, Finance and other functions for the assessment, scheduling, and prioritization of mandatory courses Liaises with Learning & Development Center of Expertise for scheduling of new and ongoing required training Manages Compliance Tracking team members and shared services in the maintenance of mandatory-training course rosters, escalation of non-compliance and reporting Liaises with global GCO and other relevant stakeholders in the relationship with global regulators to maintain compliance with changing regulations Manages Compliance Tracking team members, support services and the necessary systems for lawyer compliance processes, such as managing CLE accreditation, lawyer-licensing processes and England & Wales practicing re-certification processes As a Manager, you will advise and contribute to People policy development, implementation, and maintenance
