Position Summary: You will be responsible for interacting via phone and email within the dealer and client network. What a typical day will look like: Become competent in the navigation and functionality of our dealer Learning Management System (SumTotal LMS) Educate and train dealer staff about the functionality of system via phone and email support Interact via phone and email with dealers and field staff to troubleshoot and analyze any issues or concerns they have Outbound follow-up registration calls to dealer network Account deactivations Phone and email support Account approvals Voicemail monitoring Diploma administration Develop dealer training electronic communication announcements
