We want you to join our Home Health Care team! As a Physical Therapist for Interim HealthCare, you will provide services for the purpose of treating impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status. You will assist a physician or other licensed practitioner in evaluating the level of patient function, performance, and equipment needs.
