Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer service fanatic? How about your interest and passion behind helping the community? In Baker Electric Home Energy''s Customer Development Specialist role, you will get to do both. With most of your time spent on the phone helping customers, you will provide support to community members regarding their energy needs. The Customer Development Specialist will work within Baker''s Customer Care department and quickly and accurately manage inbound and outbound HVAC, Solar and Home Battery customer inquiries. The goal is to qualify and schedule both sales and service calls. A technical background is not required, but an ability to quickly master basic technical concepts is a must. Our ideal candidate will have proven call center skills, be open to a flexible schedule and available when needed on Saturdays and for occasional overtime.
