We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation''s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Technical Analyst. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client. Technical Analyst Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Technical Analyst will include: Compensation (Range): $23 / hour Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Gathers requirements, participates in meetings regarding applications development. May be responsible for documenting and translating business processes in a clear and concise method by using their knowledge of business process mapping and of the various tools and software that are available. This will be accomplished by focusing on specific client requirements and ultimately interpreting these requirements into an illustration of the overall business process. Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. Assist the leadership in directing a team of represented personnel. Performs the duties of the supervisor in their absence. Technical Analyst Job Requirements As a Technical Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work weekends and /or overtime as needed. Has either obtained or in the process of pursuing a Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
