Hiring Manager wants someone that is more strategic than tactical . 100 employees - This role can be a hybrid - onsite - a couple of days and remote. Will lead and support efforts regarding talent management, acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration. Will focus on partnering with local leaders on talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, policy development and enforcement, benefits & compensation, training, community support activities, conducting internal investigations, counseling and problem solving employee issues, legal compliance with all state and federal employment laws, and overall adherence to policies and procedures.
