Senior Business Analyst

The Sr. Business Analyst will focus on supporting orphaned applications in the U.S. and define business requirements for applications the U.S. is leveraging while partnering with the Business Services Group to support and execute. The Sr. Business Analyst will work with Data Control to improve coordination with the Front Office. This position would be suitable for candidates who thrive in a performance-driven environment that emphasizes employee leadership and accountability for delivering results. Responsibilities: Will use Onstream, D365 and SharePoint currently supported by BSG and will be required to coordinate with US to ensure requirements are being captured and prioritized. The Sr. Business Analyst will collect business requirement and guide BSG on an implementation strategyThe Sr. Business Analyst will provide system administration support to the US IT team in the deployment of a variety of applications like Intelex, Litmos, Power Factors, MetricStream, Vonage as phone system and Video Conferencing solution that need support while coordinating with Desk Side Support teamThe Sr. Business Analyst will coordinate and address common challenges while coordinating with Data Control and Other teams to define business requirements and support executionBusiness analyst will be able to leverage Pro4ia and other partners to better scale supportRequirements:University degree in Information Technology4-7 years of relevant work experience Experience in business development requirementExperience in process analysis and improvement, vendor management and application administrationExperience in project coordinationProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsProfessional with a positive attitude and capable of contributing to a dynamic and team-oriented culture
