Job DescriptionAs the Executive Assistant you will manage all administrative needs of the VP of Customer Care and Senior leaders, including, email responses, meeting attendance and minute preparation, preparing PowerPoint presentations, calendar scheduling, preparing Excel spreadsheets for tracking key deliverables and outcomes, coordination of expenses, project coordination and interfacing with other leaders/stakeholders as well as peer Admin Assistants to support the needs of the this role, the Executive Assistant must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision. This position requires a proactive approach to taking on responsibility and a willingness to tackle assigned and non-assigned duties.This position is ideally located in our Care San Antonio, TX Care facility where you would office 1-2x per week however Work from Home may be considered.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications :- 1+ years experience supporting an Executive Leader- 3+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar capacity- Ability to rapidly identify, assess, and resolve administrative/coordination issues - Ability to multi-task- Ability to develop strong relationships within key stakeholders and external contacts - Ability to analyze information and present findings in a clear, compelling fashion - Ability to be exercise considerable discretionCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
