Job DescriptionCVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy, is looking for a Cash Applications Representative in Machesney Park, IL. A Cash Applications Representative is responsible for posting payments and adjustments for insurances and patients, analyzing insurance explanation of benefits and patient checks, processing credit card and electronic check transactions, obtaining the necessary documentation required for posting, and researching and resolving unapplied cash. A successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail in order to work directly with patients, Explanation of Benefits and Remittance. You should have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. This position requires data entry and you should be highly proficient in both alpha and numeric keyboarding. This position will start remotely but will be required to go back onsite in Machesney Park, IL per COVID policies. We are seeking someone to work anytime between 6:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday for 40 hours a week.
