Job DescriptionThis position is a necessary key contributor role for our Dual Eligible Special Needs (DSNP) expansion in Delaware. The role will be focused on key activities to improve Enterprise/Aetna Medicare micro level geographic presence, build relationship/community influencer adhesion opportunities, generate leads and drive greater revenue/membership growth in DE.Required Qualifications- Grass roots, community development experience preferred.- Minimum 3 years experience in relationship building and driving meaningful relationships that impact the community - Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
