Senior Salesforce Developer

Job DescriptionUnder general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, develops, tests, debugs, releases, supports and documents those programs. Lead developer for Salesforce production. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Regularly provides guidance and training to less-experienced programmer/analysts. Develops and implements strategic business plans to achieve business goals. Proactively leads a program and/or most complex projects by setting strategic direction with business owners. Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization. Obtains financial support for most complex projects or supports this work as it relates to program management. Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed. Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project. Establishes a clear vision aligned with company values; sets specific challenging and achievable objectives and action plans. Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services. Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments. Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work/team. Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation.
