Job Description Partner with internal clients to identify, understand, and optimize customer experiences associated with our retail offerings (Loyalty program, retail promotion and customer journeys). Providing data driven insights to inform data driven solution to business problems at an advanced level Develop analytical insights, create, and implement the measurement plan to optimize Loyalty and Personalization test strategy. Owning share out of findings and recommendation. Proactively solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions Ability to structure data analysis, driving analytics insights and analytical solutions to help data scientists determine the best analytical solution Mentors more junior team members. Create analytical framework to support the business problems from data acquisition to creating measurement methodology and tracking metrics Explain the complex measurement concept and analytical results well through use of visualization and storytelling Consults on the creation of analytics solutions that effectively weigh business and technical tradeoffs using an intermediate understanding of business strategy as well as relevant big data environment topics Collaborates with partners to understand their problems and goals, acting as an analytics product owner translating business needs into analytics projects and actions Leads development of solutions with moderate complexity and risk Lead strategic customer analytics projects, including business problem solving, guidance on methodologies on measurement Must understands and recommend how modeling techniques impact performance while providing recommendations for improvement to data scientists. Responsible developing the proper solution to capture value and reporting our financial impact to our business and financial partners.Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience of data analysis, using quantitative analytics tools (SQL, R, python etc.) with track record of business impact 3+ years' experience of translating data analysis into actionable insights for an organization. 3+ years of experience programming using Python 3+ years of experience in SQLCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources Experience with A/B or Multivariate testing and measurement Marketing analytics experience in a 1:1 targeted campaign environment and measuring impact of experimentation on business Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners People management experience Experience with cloud based analytical platforms Experience with retail/POS/CRM dataEducation Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
