Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job DescriptionThe IT Project Management Advisor will be responsible for driving all phases of medium to large IT projects/programs to successful completion. The IT Project Manager is responsible for providing day to day leadership management and coordination of all activities pertaining to project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. In addition, the Project Manager proactively provides coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams for Project Management best practices, continuous processimprovement and customer satisfaction initiatives.Required Qualifications5+ years of demonstrated project management experience including managing one or more large complex IT product/software development cycles/projects∙ Experience working in a PMO (Project Mgt Office) environment as project managers, Scrum Masters and/or Product ManagersCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
