Job DescriptionCVS Clinical Trial Recruitment partners with leading global biopharma clients to deliver qualified patients into ongoing pharmaceutical clinical trials to improve and accelerate clinical research for drug and vaccine development. These trials require a robust end-to-end suite of products to support patients, Pharma sponsors, and sites along the journey. As the Recruitment Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the suite of products engaging consumers, clients, and sites along the Recruitment journey. You will:tDevelop and designed products to enhance the Recruitment process from ideation to implementation. tDevelop improvements on Clinical Trial Recruitment process upon competitor productstDevelop and deploy processes to support novel products including implementation plans, training documents, SOPs, and monitoring metrics tPartner with a large cross-functional team developing product, including digital scrum teams, IT, operations, analytics, and other partnerstCreate, test, iterate, deploy, and continually innovate and improve current producttInteract with enterprise stakeholder and build relationships with cross-enterprise partnerstAct as the key point of contact for vendor relationships throughout vendor discovery discussions, product evaluation, and ongoing vendor managementRequired Qualificationst2+ years' experience in product/process development, implementation, and management t1+ years in technology design and implementationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
