Job Description- The Account Manager develops and executes strategic business plans for strong middle-market customer relationships, revenue growth, member retention and achievement of financial objectives. - The goal of this role is to build and maintain a plan sponsor/broker relationships for an exceptional experience for our clients. This is achieved through communicating and demonstrating RFL's total cost of care, while being advocates for healthier living. Responsibilities of the Account Manager Role:- Relationship Management- Prepare and issue renewal proposals- Confirm sold proposal & plan changes- Ensure the Client is up to date on compliance requirements - Assist Account Directors and Sr Account Directors in National Account coverage- Participate in virtual Open Enrollment meetings- Conduct implementation activities to stand up to new business- Maintain the AM database to ensure the call center has accurate information- Run utilization and Ad-Hoc Reporting- Offer strategic planning in communications and marketing of the programRequired Qualifications- 2+ years of group health insurance sales or account management- No license required - Able to travel up to 15%, but will work from home- Minimum Associates Degree RequiredCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
