Job DescriptionFully remote position. Work anywhere in the U.S. $5k sign on bonus Hours for the Position: Friday, Sunday-Tuesday 11am-930pm ESTResponsible for provision of telephone-based consultation,counseling and informational services to members.Provides one-time lifestyle management services,leveraging the outcomes tools in support of optimal care.Member Support:- Consultation- Provides telephone triage, crisis intervention and relatedservices.- Assesses member's immediate clinical needs and utilizesappropriate clinical tools to identify and provide services.- Engages members and provides immediate support andassists with coping skills to address ongoing lifestylemanagement.- Determines appropriate intervention, action steps indealing with member's situational concerns includingmembers in crisis.Counseling:- Provides telephone counseling to individuals with avariety of presenting issues including but not limited tomental, emotional, disorders, conditions, addictions,lifestyle management and worklife concerns.- Can consist of individual, joint or family sessions - can be stand alone or on-going sessions- Provides clinical services utilizing a variety of advancedclinical assessments, therapeutic interventions and/ormodels, which supports the level of care and engagementof members and are in alignment with the member's theoryof change.- Uses appropriate and acceptable judgment, clinicaltheories, knowledge, methods, ethics, and professionaluse of self to restore or enhance social, psychosocial, orbiopsychosocial functioning of members.- Provides intensive case management and consultationfor clinical risk cases and management formational Services:- Provides information to members and providers regardingmental health, substance abuse benefits, communitytreatment resources, and related mental health programs- Assists members with linkage to resources to aid in thealleviation of stressorsTeam member support:- Collaborates with team of professionals in a way thatsupports a positive clinical outcome and continuity of carefor all members- Interacts with internal and external providers asappropriate to discuss clinical questions and concernsregarding specific cases- Provides consultation to supervisors and other accountrepresentatives in order to facilitate appropriate EAPresponse to employees with performance, attendance,safety, and fitness for duty, critical incidents and otherwork-related problemsCompliance with Policies and Regulatory Standards:- Protects the confidentiality of member information andadheres to enterprise, EAP policies regardingconfidentiality.- Maintains accurate and complete documentation ofrequired information that meets risk management andregulatory requirements.- Maintains current licensure in good standing, seekprofessional development and meet all licensurerequirementsRequired Qualifications-1+ year of crisis intervention (suicide, detox, substance abuse, domestic violence) skills required-Licensure: Valid independent professional licensure topractice per state regulations in one or more isrequired: LCPC, LISW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC or Clinical PsychologistCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
