Customer Service Representative -HYBRID Schedule

Job DescriptionWork collaboratively with and assist the underwriters and supporting departments to ensure the applicants and agents receive superior service consistent with the Aetna values. Core responsibilities are to ensure new applications are entered in a timely manner, reissuing of policies to reflect requested changes, corresponding memos to document action taken on file.Utilize multiple systems to complete data entry process.
