Job DescriptionCVS health has an exciting new opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator on the Pharmacy Engineering team in Mount Prospect, IL. This is an onsite, full time position, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, or 6:30am to 3:00pm.You will be responsible for installing, implementing, and maintaining Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), developing, and producing manuals and procedures for pharmacy equipment and systems. Under supervision/coaching, you are required to coordinate scheduling, planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up of all tasks required for pharmacy maintenance team. This includes interpreting data from the CMMS work order system; schedule all emergency and general maintenance repairs to equipment.Our ideal applicant will be able to utilize our Manager Plus maintenance software functions which includes creating and assigning work orders, creating, and scheduling of preventative maintenance, scheduling maintenance manpower, and updating preventative maintenance procedures. You will also be performing audits of preventative maintenance tasks done by automation mechanics and providing feedback to supervision on the quality of the preventative order to be successful in this role you must establish and maintain vendor relationships, create purchase orders, capital requisitions, and expense requisitions with SAP Ariba. We're seeking someone highly organized with strong attention to detail that has excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work with engineering to make BOM updates for replacement/obsolete components as required and actively manage, forecast, and report department finance for multiple locations across the enterprise. This position requires flexibility. Tasks and duties can change, decrease, and increase day to day. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining inventory of spare parts to support production such that a balance is achieved between ordering parts and parts in inventory, while not warehousing excess material. Price shopping for best pricing of parts and materials Supporting shift maintenance personnel, by ensuring the proper tools and supplies are available and performing work in the field. Managing day-to-day supplier interactions including ordering, delivery, coordination of return/replacement goods and invoice payment issues. Maintaining CMMS system. Conducting physical inventory/cycle counts on a rotating basis. Reconcile the inventory counts to the accounting system to confirm materials are being properly relieved when invoiced. Being able to lift objects weighing 15-35 pounds on a regular basis, stand up to two or more hours at a time, stoop, bend, reach and grab with arms and hands, manual dexterity.
