Senior Software Development Engineer

Job DescriptionThe Agile PMO (APMO) is seeking an innovative individual with a strong technology background to design and develop solutions to manage the data supporting critical IT reporting solutions. This position will work to create financial reporting models and support existing reporting as well as apply engineering concepts to automate data imports and exports, improve data quality and provide data analytics.Key Responsibilities - Responsible for a subset of business critical Agile PMO Functions.- Partner with team members to understand data requirements, sources, and gaps. - Develop and implement solutions to streamline data management through automation.- Develop internal customer focused end-to-end IT Financial Reporting solutions. - Develop solutions to assist in analyzing data quality.- Build out new reporting and modeling capabilities within the Apptio Environment.- Analyze the end-to-end repercussions of proposed process and/or solution changes.- Identify and drive a continuous cycle of data improvements.- Share in the responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the APMO and ensure solid coverage plans for critical/time-sensitive ongoing tasksRequired Qualifications- 4+ years of progressive experience in related fields- Apptio Certified TBMA (Technology business management analyst) - Experience with the Apptio Cost Transparency and Bill of IT applications or a similar solution- Apptio R12 Development Experience- Apptio Datalink Connector Building- Financial Report Creation Experience- Experience with data manipulation tools and ETL processes.- Strong Microsoft Excel skills- Strong data analytical skills.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Critical thinking skills. - Experience working with teams, some geographically distributed.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
