As a CVS Health colleague, you'll be at the center of it allAs a Senior Director, Digital Product Management you will report to the Vice President of Digital Pharmacy Products and lead a team of over 20 product managers and product owners. You will ensure the team has a clear roadmap that provides a leading consumer experience while also supporting our needs such as client implementations and financial goals.You will improve our digital products by bringing a passion for continuous improvement and deep experience coaching a team of product managers. They will also use their exceptional communication skills to help partners throughout the organization embrace a product mindset.The Digital Pharmacy Portfolio manages several digital products used by millions of patients / healthcare consumers, spanning multiple lines of business, e.g., Caremark, CVS Specialty and CVS Pharmacy. This portfolio must continuously innovate and improve these apps, websites and messaging platforms to better help patients manage their prescriptions, understand their benefits, manage chronic conditions and better navigate the world of pharmacy care. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use digital technology and bring major change to how patients participate in their own healthcare.Digital Product Roadmap Ownership Act as the "face of digital" to a specific pharmacy business unit (e.g., Caremark), serving as the strategic advisor, and the owner of the digital product vision and roadmap for that line of business Engage and inspire the business leaders and embed the digital product within their business plans by participating in key business unit leadership meetings, operating reviews and investment meetings Create a shared understanding among business partners of the intended outcome of each product Manage a significant financial and human investment prudently; ensure team is focused on most valuable work to improve the patient experience Act as an expert who can inspire and recommend options where digital technology can help pharmacy business units better achieve their goals Keep a close pulse on the voice of the customer, identify insights and propose digital solutions Lead the prioritization of epics / features / stories within the backlog of agile release trains, and ensure that product managers are managing the flow of work Ensure product management and release train engineers identify dependencies between teams and ensure consistent, predictable delivery of high-quality features and enhancementsDevelop team of Product Managers Develop a high performing, empowered team with a deep understanding of their consumer, and ability to develop digital solutions that consumers find valuable Provide timely feedback to a team of product managers and product owners, so that the team becomes truly expertAccelerate our Agile Product Transformation Engage Digital leadership team to continuously refine approach to Agile product management Find the right balance between Agile rituals and disciplines to bring outcomes that matter to consumers, clients and our teamsOur Perks Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance 401k PTO and family leave Employee discountsRequired Qualifications 8+ years' experience managing technology enabled products 2+ years' experience leading Agile digital product management teams 2+ years' experience leading a team of 10+ team members 3+ years' managing a multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS) platform product 3+ years' leading technology-driven business transformationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
