Job DescriptionAs a Financial Analytics Advisor on the Pharmacy Services Segment (PSS) Finance Reporting & Analytics team, you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted consultant to the CFO organization, deriving meaning and insights from a massive amount of financial data. Leveraging industry leading technology, you'll be tasked with designing dashboards and data visualizations used by stakeholders across the enterprise to drive profitability, expense efficiency, and other key financial measurements. You'll also have the opportunity to dive deeper into the data at CVS Health, leveraging sound research and analysis to drive tactical and strategic decision making.Job Responsibilities- Design dashboards and data visualizations with a focus on usability and speed-to-insight- Collaborate with internal Finance stakeholders to determine the analytical needs of the organization- Provide subject matter expertise in the data visualization space, making recommendations on project scope, deliverables, acceptance, and deployment- Blend and integrate massive amounts of data from disparate sources into holistic reporting layer data sources that can be used across multiple solutions- Articulate complex ideas and analysis in a way that drives learning and understanding- Communicate data in a storytelling format, engaging your audience and imploring them to act- Ensure developed solutions are of sound quality, consistently available, and performing to expectations- Drive continuous improvement by automating and streamlining existing technical process- Respond timely to ad-hoc needs for data and reporting as necessary to support the larger Finance organizationRequired Qualifications- 5+ years experience with data visualization technologies such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI- 2+ years experience working with financial data or in a finance organization- 2+ years experience writing intermediate to advanced SQLCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
