Manager - FPA

Job DescriptionThis individual contributor role, will support the Coram finance team by collaborating with corporate reporting to organize and drive deadlines, consolidate work products, drive specialty projects, profit optimization efforts, and the compilation of all senior level management reporting requirements. This position provides support for $2B of revenue and $550M of expense and will manage and organize the month end results reporting to the management teams, full year budgeting and planning, as well as contribute to ad hoc projects as needed. This position works closely with Corporate Finance, Finance Governance, Specialty Leadership, HR, Accounting, IT and Fixed Asset Finance and Operations to ensure accurate planning and quarterly forecasting.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other similar field5-7 years of experience working in a financial reporting or accounting capacityAnalytical curiosity and problem solving abilityDetail oriented and self-motivatedFlexible and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesAble to communicate succinctly and effectivelyExperience using Microsoft Office packageExposure to SAP general ledger and S4 reporting systems a plusRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience working in a financial reporting or accounting capacity3+ years of financial planning experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
