Operations Supervisor

Job DescriptionResponsible for supervising the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of designated pharmacy operations. -assumes delegates responsibilities of the administrative and operational aspects of the pharmacy which may include but is not limited to admissions, billing, and warehouse functions. -manages operation functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory control, production and distribution -delegates authority and responsibility to subordinates in accordance with Company policy and procedures. -plans and coordinates the orientation and education of new personnel and continuing education programs for professional staff. -assists General Pharmacy Manager with branch facilities including phones, HVAC, etc and coordinates the repair and maintenance of facilities. -performs other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequired Qualifications- licensed Pharmacy technician in Florida- 2 years or more of compounding experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
